Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) implemented by National Skill Development Corporation. The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

Even, in our country lots of people who are in below poverty line. Basically, Many Skills Scheme is a unique and most excellent concept by the Government of India. Their aims to Indian youth meaningful, industry relevant, and skill-based training. Under this scheme, all trainees will be offered a free training, certification by government side & Industry. Meanwhile, it just likes a winning achievement of training and assessment, which will really help them for securing their job for a better future.

If we talking about the Skill development. Then, Skill development and entrepreneurship difficult task across the country have been highly split so far. There is a need for quick reorganization of the ecosystem of skill development and entrepreneurship promotion in the country to depends on the needs of the industry and facilitate civilized quality of life to its population. The main goal is to create opportunities, space and scope for the development of the talents of the Indian youth and to develop more of those sectors which have already been put under skill development for the last so many years and also to identify new sectors for skill development. The new programme aims at providing training and skill development to 500 million youth of our country by 2020, covering each and every village. Various schemes are also proposed to achieve this objective. Our growth rate can be attributed to the unique pattern of teaching, healthy academic environment, amicable student teachers relationship and appreciable placement opportunities. We partner with various corporate and government bodies. In addition, tied up with industries from diverse sectors placement of the trainees. We implemented training programs across 28 states of India.

We set up a network of 300+ skill training centers across India that attempts to bridge this widening divide between those who have access to opportunities and those who are increasingly being marginalized from the ‘new economy’ jobs.
